Real estate agents have needs too. We want completely satisfied clients. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, we were able to find the best solutions for property sellers and buyers this year as well. We aim to build on this success in the coming year.

For us, it's always exciting to establish contact with a new client. We want to understand all their ideas and wishes regarding a property so we can fulfill them. Listening carefully and then providing tailored advice are paramount for us. That's why we place great value on open and transparent communication. We constantly monitor the real estate markets and, based on our expertise and many years of experience, determine the value and a fair asking price for your property. Our meticulously developed marketing system encompasses all the essential steps of the property sale process. We present your property in its best light right from the initial listing. Through professional photography and engaging 360-degree virtual tours, we attract the right potential buyers. This allows us to make a sound pre-selection early on. The timely procurement of all sales-related documents – such as the land registry extract, energy performance certificate, and cadastral map – is also an integral part of our routine.

Viewings and buyer selection

Our extensive experience is also a great advantage when managing property viewings. We filter out serious buyers from casual visitors, thus saving unnecessary viewings. During viewings, we highlight the best features of your property, but also address any potential flaws confidently. This effectively counters any attempts by potential buyers to drive down the price.

This allows us to find the right buyer quickly. We also check their creditworthiness to ensure a smooth property transaction. We place great importance on treating both parties as equals and advise them equally. We mediate price negotiations to the satisfaction of both sides. We prepare the purchase agreement and provide support at the notary appointment. We not only guide you through the handover of the property and prepare the handover protocol, but we are also there for you after the property transaction is completed.
