Saarlouis EXPO 2016 – Conclusion

On October 8th and 9th, EXPO 2016 took place in Saarlouis, providing an opportunity for entrepreneurs to network with each other and with customers. We at RE/MAX Immobilien Kontor Saarlouis were also present with a booth. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the organizers for the perfectly organized event and also extend our gratitude to "Der Verband Saarlouis eV" as the event organizer.

With 8 colleagues, we were on site for you for 2 days from morning to evening, and we are thrilled with the positive feedback we received, especially for our exhibition stand itself.

Our booth, in a figurative sense, was built on the trust of our clients: We had over 120 property brochures for properties we are currently marketing printed and displayed on our exhibition walls. The response was excellent: many interested parties viewed the properties and spoke with us. There were numerous questions about the properties on offer, which covered all price ranges – from €18,000 to €1,600,000.

Sought-after expertise

Not only were our properties popular topics of conversation, but we were also able to answer many questions from prospective clients in other areas of real estate, such as financing options for home purchases, the general market situation, and reverse mortgages. Our informational brochures, which answer many questions, were also well received. Particularly popular were the brochures "10 Tips Against Rent Dodgers," "The 12 Biggest Misconceptions in Tenancy Law," "The Bidding Process," and "Proper Heating and Ventilation." (These brochures are also available at our office.).

We would also like to thank Ms. Petra Berg, District Administrator Lauer and Mayor Henz, who, despite a tight schedule, managed to meet with colleagues from RE/MAX Immobilien Kontor Saarlouis.

Conclusion

We are thrilled by the interest people have shown in our work and see it as confirmation of our commitment to providing the best service in the real estate industry. We hope to have the opportunity to participate in another great event like EXPO 2016 next year.
