Recipe of the month: quick kohlrabi soup

Kohlrabi is a particularly popular vegetable in Germany. It's versatile and healthy in the kitchen. If you're looking for something quick and tasty, this creamy vegetable soup can be prepared in no time.

And here's how it works:

Peel and dice the onions and kohlrabi. Clean the carrot and cut it into thick slices. Heat the butter in a pot and sauté the onions first, then add the remaining vegetables. Pour in enough vegetable stock to cover the vegetables and simmer gently until tender.
Purée everything with an immersion blender until smooth. Stir in the cream cheese. If the soup is too thick, add a little water. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with cress and seeds.

Bon appetit!

• 2 onions
• 1 carrot
• 3 kohlrabi
• 1 tbsp butter
