Monika Ruhland completes her training as a real estate manager (WAF)
We congratulate our colleague Monika Ruhland on passing her real estate manager (WAF) exam!
On February 26, 2015, our real estate agent colleague Monika Ruhland received her certificate of completion. She now holds the prestigious title of Certified Real Estate Manager (WAF). The training program to become a Certified Real Estate Manager at the WAF Continuing Education Academy of the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences is among the most qualified and effective professional training programs in the real estate industry. A total of 19 modules lead step-by-step to the "Certified Real Estate Manager (WAF)" certificate upon successful completion of the final examination.

Over a four-month period, in several training blocks, each lasting two days, graduates learn the intricacies of rental and purchase agreements, as well as land registry and building law. The curriculum also includes topics such as taxation, real estate valuation, and appraisal evaluation. Graduates further acquire additional knowledge in the areas of finance, communication, marketing, and insurance. Professor Dr. Hansjörg Bach is responsible for the curriculum at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and the Environment (HfWU). The real estate magazine "Immobilienzeitung" has named his university the best university for real estate management in Germany – thanks in no small part to his teaching expertise.
