Career in the real estate industry
RE/MAX is holding information evenings throughout Germany
On Tuesday, January 24, 2015, the real estate franchise RE/MAX is holding information evenings throughout Germany on career planning. Numerous offices will open their doors to interested individuals and provide information about the professional work of a real estate agent. In addition to the technical fundamentals, the focus will also be on insights into day-to-day operations. This gives career changers the opportunity to gain an overview of the broad and diverse field of activity for real estate agents.
Our office is also participating in this great opportunity to learn more about the industry and the profession of real estate agent without obligation.
Interested career changers or professionals from related industries should take this opportunity to ask me their questions about real estate marketing and brokerage. During the career evening, the training and professional development opportunities within the franchise company will also be explained. RE/MAX offers a comprehensive seminar program and ongoing coaching to ensure high-quality brokerage services. The daily work of a real estate agent is demanding and requires extensive expertise in business administration, contract law, construction law, tenancy law, marketing, sales, property valuation, and financing.

In the USA and Canada, RE/MAX played a significant role in the transformation of the real estate market, moving away from private sales towards the widespread acceptance of real estate agents as professional service providers. RE/MAX Germany Southwest, headquartered in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, is one of six master franchise regions in Germany and is responsible for the states of Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Saarland. Kurt Friedl has been the Managing Director since 2005.
