Harry Mohr holds a degree in real estate management (EIA) and is the owner of Immobilien Kontor Saarlouis (IKS). As a DEKRA-certified real estate appraiser and certified property manager, he provides his clients and colleagues with sound expertise in all areas of real estate marketing, valuation, and management.
Real estate has been a part of my life since 2007. What continues to fascinate me about this profession is the diversity of people and properties, as well as the individual story behind each property.
My professional career, however, did not begin in the real estate industry. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration (FH), I held management positions for many years – first at ALDI, later as National Expansion Manager at BACKFACTORY. During this time, I gained extensive experience in corporate management, site development, negotiation, and strategic decision-making. This entrepreneurial mindset continues to shape my work today.
Since moving into the real estate industry, I have had the privilege of assisting numerous owners, buyers, and investors with their real estate projects. Time and again, it has become clear that successful real estate transactions are not solely based on market knowledge. Trust, reliability, transparency, and honest advice form the foundation for sustainable decisions.
I have continuously expanded my professional qualifications. As a certified real estate manager (EIA), real estate agent (EIA/IHK), DEKRA-certified real estate appraiser, certified real estate valuer (EIA), certified rental and condominium manager (EIA), and certified modernization consultant, I combine sound specialist knowledge with many years of practical experience.
Furthermore, I am involved as an examiner at the Saarland Chamber of Industry and Commerce and as the branch manager of BVFI24 Saarlouis. Promoting young talent in the industry and the continuous development of the real estate sector are of particular importance to me.
Sharing knowledge is also an important part of my work. As a volunteer speaker at Zukunftstag.org, I support young people with the topic of "First Apartment" and provide practical knowledge about entering the real estate market.
My aim is to guide you competently, reliably, and personally through the entire real estate process – from the initial consultation to successful completion. Your goals and a trusting partnership are always my top priority.
