Modern construction project in Eppelborn – A successful information event

On June 8th, our expert Michael Schäfer construction project in Eppelborn . The event was a complete success.

Numerous interested people made their way to the "Big Eppel" cultural and event hall in Eppelborn. The interest was evident not only in the number of attendees, but also in the high level of engagement shown by the participants themselves, who remained on site after the presentation to ask questions and engage in discussions with our experts. Thus, the event, which was scheduled for 6:00 PM, continued until 9:00 PM.

During these more than two hours, real estate agent Michael Schäfer and financing expert Günter Thönnes, together with Michaela Backes (Sparda Bank SüdWest St. Wendel), provided attendees with valuable information about the construction project in Eppelborn and tips on financing options, including available subsidies. Also present were Frank Windmöller, an expert on the building's technical systems from Andramis, and Michael Diehl from the developer MD Wohnbau.
